WHY SHOULD YOU CARE?
NATIONAL SECURITY ISSUES AND BLATANT VIOLATION OF OUR AMERICAN BORN RIGHTS.
It is a disgrace to every American.... especially every American Woman, that a male NON-Citizen can come into this Country and
openly harass her to the detriment of her employ. My rights as an American were blatantly violated by the very Officials we all pay to
protect these rights.

Because they have intentionally ignored all the evidence in front of them and openly violated my rights, they are using my good name in
their case law, to violate your rights. None of us should have to worry about reporting corrupt officials. This case needs to be corrected in
the law books, my name cleared, and the officials and employer prosecuted so they can't do this to other people. There are so many
people who will continue to be damaged by this case in the future. Together we can stop the injustices by Officials who use their position

The person who openly harassed me in front of management to the detriment of my employ, spoke of Terrorist BEFORE 9/11, when he
seemed to recognize 3 men from Afghanistan who came in to lease Apts. These men were very specific in what they wanted. They later
resembled the pictures in the papers of the men who took down the World Trade Center. The Harasser was caught several times taking
his clients to higher floors that were off limits that had a perfect view of the WTC. He was always speaking his native tongue on the phone,
he stayed late even when he didn't have any clients, and he hooked up his laptop computer to the office line which was in daily contact with
the Main Office....which was Larry Silverstein's, the man who leased the World Trade Center before the Terrorists made them crumble.
A young Mid-Western looking man also came in and specifically wanted to see the apt. that would be next to the apt. the men from
Afghanistan wanted. He spoke perfect English, not a hint of an accent until his cell phone rang. Then he spoke the same native tongue
that my harasser did. When I commented on how well he spoke that language, he said that's where he was from and English is his 2nd
language. When I mentioned the harassers name to him, he rushed out saying he'd call me about the apt. but never did. Coincidence?
Maybe. But in light of what happened, it shouldn't have taken years to be investigated....if it was at all. Goshen NY FBI Special Agent
Jessica Miller called me to tell me the information I hand delivered to them was "LOST", her boss Mike Rourke never returned my phone
calls or letters, the NYC FBI, Daniel McMullen, who I was told was Mike Rourke's boss, didn't want any proof of what I was saying and
made it clear they are not in the habit of loosing paperwork. I never heard from anyone again. The last straw was when I spoke with
someone who supposedly took down the information for the Joint Terrorist Task Force (JTTF) and said it would be investigated. I asked
him doesn't he want to know the name of the person he should be investigating? He replied he'd get it from the employer. - The person
who is a proven perjurer and hinderer of a State Investigation. It should be this difficult for the crooks and Terrorists!
I believe 9/11 was originally scheduled for the 4th of July...Independence Day.

The myth of Freedom of Speech and Freedom of the Press in this Country is marred by
Political Strongholds. When someone first enlightened me years ago to this fact, I didn't
believe them. It couldn't be true...this was America, land of the free with justice for all. I
couldn't have been more wrong.
The Supreme Court of the United States in Washington DC, the highest Court in the Nation
has in their possession, clear cut, black and white evidence vindicating me of the charges
against me, and implicating my former employer who is a Major NYC Realtor/Attorney, and
Top NY and Government Officials in ONE OF THE LARGEST OFFICIAL COVER-UPS IN U.S.
HISTORY. Terrorist information that was hand delivered to the FBI disappeared because
it also named the Perjuring Employer, and Officials who are guilty of DENIAL OF RIGHTS,
EVIDENCE TAMPERING, HINDERING A STATE INVESTIGATION, OBSTRUCTION OF
JUSTICE and more. The Supreme Court who took an oath to uphold the Constitution, as
other Officials did, would rather have an innocent person convicted by their cowardly silence
than to convict their political colleagues and have an over abundance of job openings in
the NY Dept. of Labor, NY Dept. of State, The Courts, The Government, and the FBI.
This is the second time John Roberts closed his eyes to Political Corruption. While in the
Justice Department, he refused to investigate the corruption in Schoharie County and
Albany NY, and those of us who spoke out, lost everything we owned: our homes, our
good credit, those that had businesses lost them too. Now he's Chief Justice of the
Highest Court in the Nation and he closed his eyes again to outright blatant corruption.

best interest first. With the amount of money that is going to Former Gov. Pataki, Dept. of Labor Commissioner Linda Angello, Inspector
General Jill K. Levine, Secretary of State Randy Daniels, the Judges, and other Officials, think about how that money would benefit the
Law Abiding Citizens with health benefits, child care, senor care, the arts, etc.

New Gov. Eliot Spitzer and new Attorney General Andrew Cuomo claim they want to clean up Albany. The
fact is, Eliot Spitzer closed his eyes to the corruption when he was Attorney General, he's doing the same
as Gov. and Andrew Cuomo is following in his footsteps.
UPDATE: We have a new Gov. since Spitzer was finally caught for just a portion of the slimball that he is. The problem is, with
Gov. Patterson, he still employs some of the same Spitzer staff that covered this corruption up in the first place. His new addition of
Charles O'Byrne turned out to be no better. He not only evaded taxes, but a jail term for his illegality that the general public would
have received had they done the same. The new guy Cunningham that's replacing him, is ignoring this situation also. Jeff Manns
from Patterson's Office was nice until he found out who was involved. Then he became belligerent and refused to look at any of my
evidence because it would have proven some of his colleagues obvious guilt. Wonder what he'll be promoted to for his silence.....

get away with his blatant illegalities. In reality, she and Supreme Court Chief Justice of the United States

uphold. They refused to hear the case and in doing so, intentionally and maliciously convicted an
innocent person. They had all the evidence in their possession that clearly vindicated me, and without a
doubt, proved the guilt, 8 counts of perjury, evidence tampering, libel, slander, lying in writing to hinder a
State Investigation, denial of rights, and the use of my former employer Nancy Packes, along with State
and Gov. Officials professional credentials, to obstruct justice. If the officials think convicting an
innocent person when all the witnesses testimony disappeared proving the person's innocence is legal,
they shouldn't have their jobs. It's not only illegal, it's unconstitutional! Can you believe the nerve of
John Roberts to want a raise? We should all be so lucky to not do the jobs we are hired to do and get
more money for it. Yes...the Officials have some racket going, and you and I are paying for it.

Poor Gov. Paterson! If only he would have given me an appointment. Then he would have known people on his own staff are
sabotaging him to make way for Cuomo. Now he's got retired Judge Judith Kaye doing an investigation into his supposed
illegalities, appointed by...none other than AG Andrew Cuomo who is "rumored" to be running for Paterson's position of Governor.
What I'd like to know is, why are we paying AG Andrew Cuomo to be NY's Head Attorney if it took him all that time to realize ~ and
only after public scrutiny, that his investigation of Paterson was a conflict of interest? He knew...and in his arrogance, didn't care,
UNTIL...he dropped in the public polls. SEE WHAT POWER WE THE PEOPLE HAVE???

if Judith Kaye makes her decision on Paterson before the Nov. election because that's how they'll keep Paterson in line. He won't
dare spill the beans or cause any more trouble for the "Club" because it will be jail time for him if he does. If Paterson had given
me an appointment, he could have reminded good o'l Judy (aka Judge Judith Kaye) that she had clear cut black and white evidence

to nail Paterson for one ~ which is up to 7 years in jail and he already announced he's out of the running for Gov. The question is:

true to himself and the people of NY, and use what little time he has left, to put the Good O'l Boys in jail for their crimes, before they
